In November 2025, Paul Keiswetter, Chairman and CEO, and Petoskey Plastics were honored to receive the 2025 Alan Cook Veteran Business of the Year award from the National Veteran Business Development Council (NVBDC).
This marks the second time Paul and Petoskey Plastics have been honored this way. The NVBDC previously bestowed us with the Veteran Business of the Year award in 2023.
Through Paul’s ownership and service, Petoskey Plastics has been an NVBDC-certified veteran-owned business since 2018. Paul’s story starts with his proud service in the U.S. Marine Corps. After completing his service, Paul needed a new career and ventured out to co-found Petoskey Plastics in 1969. Through his leadership, Petoskey Plastics has grown from a small business into a respected plastics manufacturer and recycling innovator.
