Annual Bonuses
In addition to an associate’s base pay, there are opportunities for multiple bonuses throughout the year.

Associate Benefits
Beyond the hourly base pay rate, associates at Petoskey Plastics receive an even higher monetary value with added benefits. In the cafeteria-style format, associates collect benefits that are right for them and their households.
90-Day Stay Bonus
Earn a $500 bonus for maintaining a full-time status for the first 90 days of employment with good attendance.
401K Retirement Plan
Petoskey Plastics pays 3% of your annual earnings into your 401k regardless of your contribution!
Attendance Bonus
Earn a quarterly attendance bonus for perfect attendance. There is also an opportunity for a monthly attendance drawing.
Bereavement Leave
Petoskey Plastics offers paid time off to associates following the death of an immediate family member.
Birthday Pay
Associates who are scheduled to work on their birthday will be paid Birthday Pay.
Call-In Bonus
Associates who are called in and work as assigned will be paid a Call-In Bonus.
College Savings – 529 Plan
The 529 Plan is a qualified tuition program offered through The Michigan Education Savings Program.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending
The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allows associates to pay for out-of-pocket work-related dependent care costs on a pre-tax basis.
Employee Assistance Program
Associates can seek voluntary assistance for various life situations through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Flexible Spending Account
Through the Medical Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), associates can use pre-tax dollars for expenses not covered by health, dental, vision, or prescription plans.
Holidays
Associates have eight company-recognized holidays.
Life Insurance
Life insurance pays out a sum of money on the death of the insured person. All full-time benefits-eligible associates receive life insurance. Spouse and child life insurance is also available.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Disability insurance provides long-term wage replacement benefits to eligible workers.
Wellness Reimbursement
Petoskey Plastics reimburses associates for personal wellness-related expenses to support associate health and well-being. We also have workout facilities on-site in many of our locations.

Profit Sharing Bonus
Petoskey Plastics may share a portion of its pre-tax income with its associates through a quarterly profit bonus.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Start getting PTO time just two weeks after your start date! Accrue 40 hours over six months, then 80 on each anniversary.
Referral Bonus
Associates are paid referral bonuses when they refer new associates to work at Petoskey Plastics. This bonus starts at $1,000.
Safety Shoe Reimbursement
Petoskey Plastics will help pay for safety shoes and safety glasses expenses.
Tuition Reimbursement
Petoskey Plastics offers a tuition reimbursement program to encourage associates to develop and improve their skills.
It all starts with respect for each other. We use the word “associate” instead of “employee” because we feel that the word “associate” signifies someone working with others to reach a common goal, versus an “employee” who is just hired to do a job.
