GreenPE Shrink® is a high-performance, 5-layer polyethylene shrink collation bundling film with industry-leading recycled content. Made using in-house, third-party certified PCR through a vertically integrated process, it enables material reduction over mono- and 3-layer films while delivering consistent toughness and tensile strength. The result is a heavy-duty, high-performing film that provides superior product protection for a wide range of retail and industrial applications, including large, heavy multipacks such as beverage cans, bottles, and jars, as well as cleaning supplies, bulk food, pet food, and more.
Blends
Our R&D team collaborates with you to get the perfect resin blend for your product. We offer virgin film and film with varying levels of PCR and PIR.
Length and Diameter
We will design the film according to your needs. Our max roll diameter is 51 inches, and our lay-flat width capabilities range from 10 to 88 inches.
Mil Thickness
The thick 1.0 to 5.0 mil film holds strong and keeps multi-units tight and stable through the abuse of shipping, and tight bullseye closures allow for easy handling off the shelves.
Color
Our films can be crystal clear or blackout for security and privacy. Our recycled content blends have the same clarity as competitive virgin films.
Consistent Film
Our consistent feedstock of post-consumer (PCR) and post-industrial (PIR) recycled plastic is third-party certified. With our investment in the latest technology, we have consistent film control roll after roll.
